Una delegazione della commissione per gli affari esteri e dei sottocomitati per la sicurezza e la difesa e i diritti umani andrà alla 74a Assemblea generale delle Nazioni Unite (UNGA) a New York e a Washington DC il 27-31 ottobre 2019. La missione mirerà a, tra le altre cose, valutare l’attuazione delle priorità dell’UE da parte dell’Assemblea generale delle Nazioni Unite, discutere nuove priorità per l’UNGA e esaminare possibili modi per sostenere ulteriormente il multilateralismo nell’attuale contesto politico e di sicurezza
A delegation of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Subcommittees on Security and Defence and on Human Rights will go to the 74th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York and to Washington D.C. on 27-31 October 2019. The mission will aim to, amongst other things, assess the implementation of EU priorities by the UN General Assembly, discuss new priorities for the UNGA, and look into possible ways to further uphold multilateralism in the current political and security context
